What are Support Hours?
Currently, chat support is limited due to Covid-19 typically to 4 hours daily between 9 am EST - 1 pm EST, however, these hours are subject to change and can change without notice.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but we encourage our team to maintain their health and wellness. We also offer email support: 24 hours a day Monday - Friday, and can be reached at email@example.com. Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply, but know that your inquiries are important to us, and we will be in touch with solutions as soon as possible.
(Emails sent over the weekend will be answered in the order received on Monday as soon as we return on Monday.)
